superb lagoon stay
modern designattentive gesture
i appreciated the modern design. the food at the restaurant was great and the lagoon was amazing. a birthday cake and letter were delivered to my room, a very attentive gesture by the staff. marwa and charles were especially helpful.

the hotel is roughly a ten minute walk to harbour creek. a complimentary car service to the creek is available. it is easy to get a taxi from the hotel.

The room was very super clean and cozy, I really enjoyed the balcony. The breakfast was especially good with fresh products (especially the pastries!). The hotel is close ish to the airport, this was a great choice for me. The big rooms and interior design are also lovely.
I always had to call staff for service at the beach and pool.

Staff members, such as Marwa at reception and Ali in the breakfast restaurant, are really good people. The cleaning service by Arif and Bimal was superb. They made my apartment sparkle in less than two hours and brought all materials needed.

The spiced lamb uzi burger has a magical blend of flavors. The shawarma rolls are tender. I tried truffle pizza and different salads, humus, grills and desserts. It was all on point and very delicious.

The pool area is a total highlight. I could relax on comfortable loungers, and there were plenty available. Breakfast had a great selection of foods. Housekeeping kept everything sparkling clean with daily service. The staff were always happy to assist with requests.
The gym gets quite busy during peak hours, so planning workouts at off-peak times is necessary.

The staff ensured check-in was swift, and they addressed all my needs efficiently throughout my stay. The concierge provided excellent recommendations for local attractions, showcasing great local knowledge. They were genuinely attentive and helpful.

wonderful stay with excellent service!
friendly staffseamless check-inhotel location
ibrahim welcomed me warmly at reception, he was professional and friendly. he ensured the check-in was seamless and gave helpful information about the hotel amenities. von and rex at the pool bar and restaurant provided very nice service, they were always attentive and eager to ensure every guest had a nice experience.
the hotel location is largely under development now. there are no many shops and restaurants nearby. this location is good if you want a quiet area though.

the hotel is around a ten-minute walk to harbor creek. a complimentary car service is available too. the creek is lovely for evening walks, especially when the sun sets over the bhurj, AMAZING!!!
